It infuriates me when people well trained in the legal profession think they should tell doctors what to do or not do for their patients! It would be as though we were sitting in a room with a lawyer and their client and we interrupted to dictate their actions! If they wanted to practice medicine, they should have gone to medical school, done the specialty training, and gathered the experience that physicians have when helping patients make decisions. When lawyers, judges, and politician tell doctors what they can do or not, more often than not they have their facts wrong. A judge telling a doctor that he must prescribe a certain medication that the doctor knows is not clinically indicated, as was done during the pandemic, is unethical. The same for telling a doctor they cannot prescribe and/or provide access to a medication that is clinically indicated. The current ruling, as stated, has to do with medications access.
Agree that denying mail order and delivery for one specific drug prescribed via telehealth risks harm to a patient who requires that drug. So much care is given over telehealth, and all medications are mailed nowadays.
It is the doctor’s responsibility to provide proper care, with the full weight of what that implies.
This is about control over women. Why this one drug? It's not about years of multinational safe use for decades. Whatever damage is done in pursuit of the regime’s agenda for women is irrelevant in their pursuit.

Judges should focus on their courtrooms.
